Job Description: Customer Relationship

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level.
• Required skill(s): typing speed fast, phone skills, resolving conflict and problem solving.
• Need to have basic Microsoft Software knowledge.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Preferably have Experienced in Customer Service or Sales.
• Able to follow the work shifting schedule arrange by the manager.
• Able to work oversea in Philippines.

Job Functions:
• Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through live chat, call out, and email.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Working Hours: 2 days off per week, 10 hours work (included 1 hour break time)
