Job Description:
We are looking at outsourcing all our business events coordination activities to a freelancer. We will require this person to be responsible for the following job scope, working from home and only reporting to the event venue on event days:

-Pre event preparation: Print out documents from email and sort them out
-Attend Registration desk at the event
-Meet and interact with event guests
-Give a welcome speech to the event guests by reading out a short welcome introduction script
-Coordinate with event guests and hotel banquet staff

Candidates should possess:
-Strong event coordination skills
-Excellent public relations and networking skills
-Outgoing personality and great customer service
-Well spoken english

We run approximately 30 to 40 business events a year in Singapore and Malaysia. We require this freelancer to be in charge of coordinating and preparing for all the events.
