Job Description:
– Handle payment issuances
– Issuance of cheques to merchants, payments cheques to suppliers, monthly bank statements, claims, bill payments, etc
– Keep cheque books, update the company’s cash flow & daily creditor & debtor’s report
– Go to person to check on payment status and readiness of cheque/payment
– Issue credit / debit note based on the instruction from the operations team
– Liaison with all the company’s bankers when it comes to cheque issuance, payments and billings
– Handle administration & coordination
– Compile & prepare dispatch daily task & work sheet
– Manage company’s mail box & collect all letters / related correspondence mailers
– Support various departments’ member such as Marketing team and operations team
– Filling and other clerical tasks

Job Requirement:
– Min Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Admin / equivalent
– Min 5 years related experiences
– Good command of English & Mandarin
– Good communication skills, dependent, & relationship builder
