Job Scope:
To market and sell solutions pertaining leadership training to Corporates and Organizations seeking organizational intervention in human capital.
Be able to interact with clients and prospects to assess their human capital development needs, and to match those needs with off-the shelf or customized solutions that the Company offers. These solutions take the form of training,executive coaching and implementation consulting for the client and its people.

Competencies Required:
– Very good command of English.
– Possess good PR and communication skills.
– Well verse in Microsoft Windows.
– Pleasant and friendly.
– Curiosity to learn and to grow.
– A good listener
– Must have an interest in pursuing a dynamic career in sales.
– Willing to travel.
– Possess own car.

Education Requirements
– A University Degree holder.
– 4-5 years of working experience.
