An international MNC company (for Hong Kong Market/US/Singapore) is looking for professional candidates to be their Travel Centre Consultant (Cantonese Speaking) or Customer Service Consultant (Mandarin & English Speaking) with great working environment (with rest & relax area, gym and shower facilities) in their Customer Service department. There are several big names projects involve, for example Airlines, Telco, IT, Travel Website, etc.
• Location: Ara Damansara (Besides Citta Mall, shuttle provided from/to Kelana Jaya LRT and Subang Jaya KTM)
• 5 Working Days only (rotational off days)
• Salary: RM2500(basic) + Night Shift Allowance(RM700) (Average RM3500-4000)
• To handle all inbound calls and emails pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.
• To provide information related to travel for customers’ convenient traveling.
*Able to start on 25th April (Training is provided with FULL SALARY)
• MUST be able to speak CANTONESE and type in Chinese OR Fluent in Both English & Mandarin
• Candidate with SPM level qualification with at least 1 years of service industry experience are also encouraged to apply
• Applicant must be willing to work on shift between 7am to 1am( 9 hours per shift):7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 4pm-1am(Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
