Working Hours: – 9.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday) – 9.30am-1.00pm (Alternate Saturday Half Day Work)
Skill Needed: Requirements: – Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent. – At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related industry is required for this position. – Good leadership skills, self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target. – Proven sales track record and a strategic thinker with the ability to penetrate new markets and develop new accounts with our solutions. – Have an excellent skill in market analysis, proficient in strategic marketing and sales skills. – Ability to work as a team, optimism, self-motivated and independent. – Good communication and interpersonal skills. – Possess own transport & willing to travel


Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
– Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
– Identify skill gaps and conduct training to sales team.
– Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
– Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
– Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
– Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
– Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
– Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
– Analyse sales performances and recommend improvements.
– Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
– Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
– Responsible in managing existing client accounts and expand new customer base.
– Manage daily sales operational matters, co-ordinate and execute promotional plan/activities such as company/corporate road shows & events.
