Skill Needed: Microsoft Office, Knowledge of finance /general accounting
Processing and monitoring incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedure
Prepare bills and issue invoice
To clear all outstanding collections received for month end closing.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Liaise with credit card merchant to set up credit card machines at stores
Assist to prepare weekly & monthly reports (eg. Account Statement etc.)
Ad hoc work as and when assigned by superior.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must possess knowledge of Finance/General Accounting
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a strong sense of urgency, well organized with a keen eye for details and able to multi-task.
