¥ Manage the main reception role and general administration and operations of the company
¥ Manage the “meet and greet” role and handle day to day check in and check out
¥ Ensure all reservations made through telephone and emails are promptly updated and accurately entered into the reservation system.
• Attend to all guest requests and enquiries promptly.
• Handle complaints and feedback tactfully.
• Provides excellent customer service to guests
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
