Position : PAYROLL / ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Salary Range : RM 2000 – RM 2500
EPF : Yes
Medical Card : Yes
Working Hour : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Location : Bangsar Utama

Responsibilities :
-Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
-Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

-Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
-Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
-Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or other equivalent professional accounting qualification;
-Familiar with related statutory regulations;
-Minimum of 1 years working experience in related industry;
-Computer literate and knowledge in UBS with added advantage;
-Possess good analytical mind, meticulous, high initiative and mature;
-Strong communication skills as well as good inter-personal skill.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge in Chinese is a strong advantage.
