Job Description: Responsibilities:
• To conduct outbound calls to measure customer satisfaction and improved services.
• To handle customer experiences.
Requirements:
• Must be meticulous, organized, detail oriented, self-driven, and result oriented person with initiative and a passion for service excellence with great customer satisfaction acumen.
• Good interpersonal, communication and listening skills, patient & helpful service attitude
• Computer literate with competency in MS Office
• Excellent command of English & Mandarin (verbal and written). Ability to speak several language or dialects will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
