Our client, an international MNC company (for Hong Kong Market/US/Singapore) is looking for professional candidates to be their Customer Service Consultant (Mandarin & English Speaking) with great working environment (with rest & relax area, gym and shower facilities) in their Customer Service department. There are several big names projects involve, for example Airlines, Telco, IT, Travel Website, etc.

• Salary: RM2500(basic) + Night Shift Allowance + Commission + KPI Allowance(RM700) (Average take home salary RM3500-4000)
• To handle all inbound calls and emails pertaining brand/product usage.
• MUST be able to speak Mandarin & English fluently.
• Candidate with SPM level qualification with at least 1 years of service industry experience are also encouraged to apply
• Applicant must be willing to work on shift between 7am to 2am( 9 hours per shift):7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 5pm-2am(Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
