You will be more than just a voice on the other end of the line. Your role will be critical to the satisfaction and happiness of our customers, associates and staff. In essence, you will be the point person to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. – To function as an in-house call centre executive to monitor and manage all critical business operations of the company
– You will be answering calls, solving problems, initiating tasks for other departments and keeping customers happy, among others
– You will be in charge of updating and maintaining our customer database, as well as report on issues and incidences
– You will need to deal with customers effectively and help maintain a cordial relationship amongst all staff
– Minimum Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications or other relevant fields. Those with lower academic qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered
– Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre or customer service position, but fresh graduates with a good attitude will be considered as training will be provided
– Tech-savvy and able to learn and operate in-house customer management software with ease
– Speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; and able to be personable and cordial at all tiles
– Able to multi-task and assist in administrative duties as and when required
– Independent, no-nonsense attitude and customer-oriented
Remuneration for this position is RM2,500 per month
