Duties & Responsibilities:
Mangage incoming queries from and to provide excellent customer service to customers.
These activities include : Attending to incoming customer orders/queries/concerns tactfully and professionally through the phone, adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns in a timely manner, and follow up on customers queries where required.
– SPM/STPM/O-Levels/A-Levels/Bachelor Degree in any field.
– Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related filed is required for this position.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good level of analytical and problem solving skills.
– Able to communicate well.
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Work hours :
Monday to Saturday, 10.00am to 7.00pm
Sunway Pinnacle, Bandar Sunway
– 14 days for 1 year to 5 years
– 19 days for 6 years to 10 years
– 22 days for 10 years and above
