An Online Gaming company(Malaysia) is looking for professional candidates to be their Customer Service Officer (Mandarin, Malay & English Speaking)with great working environment) in their Customer Service department.
• Location: Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
• 6 Working Days (rotational off days)
• Salary: RM2200 (basic) + Night Shift Allowance (RM200) (Average RM2400) + Confirm 1 month bonus (with minimum one year working period)
• To handle all inbound calls and emails pertaining enquiries of gaming procedures.
• To provide information related gaming registration, policy & etc.
• To handle all complaint from customer.
*Able to start on first week of the month of April (Training is provided with FULL SALARY)
• MUST be able to speak Fluent in Malay, English & Mandarin
• Candidate with SPM level qualification with at least 1 year of service industry experience is also encouraged to apply
• Applicant must be willing to work on shift between 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm or 11pm – 7am (8 hours per shift): (Schedule will be given monthly)
