-Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

-Able to multi-task on assignments as instructed by supervisor from time to time
-Filling and data entry job.
-Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
-General clerical duties including typing, filing, photocopying, fax and mailing.
-Handle requests for information and data.
-Open, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences.
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/’O’Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/’A’Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificates.

-Fluency in both spoken & written in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates)
