RM1800-RM2500 General : Admin Assistant by Bernice


Responsibilities:

– Procurement management includes handling day to day purchases, calling for quotes, assessment of supplier performance
– Assists in preparation of documents eg. Delivery orders, invoices, recording purchases, credit notes
– Counting stock and receiving stocks
– Perform general administrative duties
– Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

able to write and speak in mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
~ Computer literacy in MS Office especially Excel
~ Experience candidates is advantage
~location: Batu 5, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
