Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assist the superior in daily purchasing operations, price negotiation and sourcing.
-Monitor with supplier the delivery schedule.
-Responsible to ensure goods are purchased according to required specifications.
-Generate purchase order’s correspondence.
-To carry out price review activities for materials purchased.
-Expedite the material in order to support the projects.
-Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged services.
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Required language(s):Chinese & English
-Independent and trustworthy.
-Must have good attitude in tardiness / attendance.
-Preferably with working experience in purchasing field.
-Resourceful and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Fresh graduate are welcomed.
