Job Description: Responsibilities:
– To handle invoice and payment processing of Accounts Payables.
– To prepare reports and reconciliation schedules for Accounts Payables.
– To handle Fixed Assets accounting and related schedules.
– To assist in Inventory related functions and reports compilation.
– To liase with suppliers, warehouse and operations to resolve issues.
– To assist in monthly & yearly accounts closing.
– To assist in daily & ad-hoc finance activities.
– Diploma in Accounting
– Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in AP and understand the processes well
– Computer literate with basic Excel knowledge.
– Willing to learn new skills, meticulous and responsible.
– Able to communicate in English.
