-Prepare enquiry to Supplier, price comparison, negotiation and ensuring delivery of goods on time
-Stock order planning-Monthly MOQ replenishment report/proposal
-Arrange for inbound and outbound shipment (Air/Sea/land transport)
-Ensure right HS Codes are assigned to incoming / outgoing cargo
-Liaison with Custom officer should the need arises
-At least Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Logistic Administration
-At least 3 years relevant working experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Must be proficient in English speaking and writing
-Must poses problem solving skills
-Able to work independently with accountability
