Job Description: Job Responsibilities :
Grow Sales Sustainability
-Develop and implement Annual Sales Plan and Budgets, as well as long range business plans to grow sales and the distributor population for their designated area or region.
-Engage field leadership and communicate effectively through Field programs such as the SMS, QBM and FAC.
-Actively promote, train and educate the Business Leaders on good business practices, leveraging on the Shaklee incentives such as the Compensation Plan, Field Incentive Programs and qualification for Incentive trips.
Grow the Distributor Organisation
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Business Leaders.
-Partner with Masters and key Business Leaders to develop and implement initiatives to increase enrollment and retention of Distributors
-Conduct Sales Training Programs for Distributors to improve their understanding of the Compensation Plan, Field Incentive Programs, Code of Ethics, Network development, Leadership, etc.
-Collaborate with Marketing and Operations (MOS Team) to develop strategies to support the Distributor Organisations.
-Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports to update the Management of Field issues, progress and opportunities.
Grow the Field Leadership Pipeline
-Identify, engage, monitor, support key leaders to develop their organisations through regular consultations and pre-planned support programs.
-Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to educate, monitor and enforce the Shaklee P&R and Code of Ethics among all levels of Business Leaders.
-Conducting business development training, business ethics in accordance with the guidelines of company’s P&R and mentoring to business developers.
-Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Sales /Marketing /Business Admin or relevant experience
-Leadership Training or Certification
-3 -5 years previous experience in Sales or Account Management
-2 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
-2 years of experience conducting meetings, making presentations and organizing events.
-Possess good communications and Interpersonal Skills
-Good Leadership skills
-Strong public speaking, presentation, and emceeing skills
-Good negotiation and counselling skills
-Good business acumen and good with numbers.
-A positive attitude
-A willingness to learn
-A strong dedication to quality work
-Conversant with social media skill.

Salary Range :
