FULL TIME POSITION

POSITION : Account Admin Executive

Salary Package Min : RM 2500 – RM 3000 (Allowance + Basic )

EPF & SOCSO : Yes

Working Hour: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm ( 1 hour break )

Working Period : Monday – Friday (5 Days Job)

Location : UOA Bangsar

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly invoice, debit note, credit note and arrange send out to customers

· To ensure customers receive those documents which being sent.

· Prepare billing report and other reports as required

· Resolve any disputes and problems should arise.

· Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Superior.

Requirements:

· Must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent

· At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity

· Familiar with any Accounting Software and Ms Excel

· Strong communication skill and able to interact with all level of staffs & customers

· High level of integrity, sense of urgency, resourceful, pro-active with proven analytical solving skills

· Self motivated, assertive and results driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
