Working Days: Monday to Friday(9am-6pm), Saturday(9am-12pm)( Saturday is subjected to which project you handle, allowance RM50 wil be paid for Saturday)
Location: Ara Damansara, Besides Citta Mall (Shuttle Van provided from Kelana Jaya LRT to company)
Receive or conduct calls to provide product information and nutritional advice to customers, to encourage on conversion and retention of company brands usage
Data entry and maintenance of customer databases
Ensure that the service delivery to customers is of excellent quality
Work closely with marketing/product managers to deliver brand knowledge to customers
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food
Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
-Candidate can also be considered if he has studied Science subjects in SPM
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
-Fresh grads encourage to apply – Full training provided
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
-Candidate must be able to converse in English / Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
