Job Description:
-Welcomes ors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
-Directs ors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
-Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
-Well organized and excellent in time management with good follow up skills
-Able to multi-task on assignments as instructed by supervisor from time to time
-Filling and data entry job.
-Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
-General clerical duties including typing, filing, photocopying, fax and mailing.
-Handle requests for information and data.
-Open, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences.

Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/’O’Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/’A’Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificates.
-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Fluency in both spoken & written in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates)
-Computer literate.
-Diligent, responsible and eager to learn.
-Pleasant, well-groomed and positive attitude.

Working Hours:
9.00am-6.00pm(Monday-Friday)

Working Location:
Publika Shopping Gallery, Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range:
RM2200-RM2500
